SCALABLE FOOD EMPOWERMENT
FOR PEOPLE IN NEED

The FarmPod Project provides an additional level of food empowerment to disaster stricken areas. As ready to eat food is distributed, so are the FarmPods, jumpstarting local food production and establishing a community-based means of future nutrients. The packs includes sprouting cups pre-planted with high-nutrient crops like squash and kale as well as millet and corn in tear-off pouches. The kit comes equipped with one shovel spade, one iron hoe, one molded plastic seed-separating screen, and one molded rubber basket. All of the tool handles are sourced from the immediate environment to reduce pack size.
